Drum Leak Tester
- The Drum leak tester is a system that is capable of leak testing large empty plastic containers. Typical applications are for containers ranging from 10 to 25 liters in size
- Units are generally integrated where the containers exit the blow moulding machine to complete the leak test on the produced containers.
- The unit can also be supplied with an integrated scale to also complete a weight check to ensure the produced container is within a specific weight range. This ensures good quality containers are dispatched while giving the assurance that material usage is optimized.
- Units are controlled by Plc while operator interface and setup is done by means of HMI touch screen
Single Head Leak Tester
- The Single head leak tester is an in-line system that is capable of leak testing empty plastic containers up to 5 liters in size.
- Speed of testing is determined by the container size and holes required to be detected. General blow moulding applications with lower to medium production output.
- The intended use is to leak test containers produced by a blow moulding machine.
- Reliability, accuracy and flexibility make it a cost effective method of ensuring and controlling leak detection during container production.
- Units are controlled by Plc while operator interface and setup is done by means of HMI touch screen
- Units can be integrated with most of the conveyors on the market.
Multi-Head Leak Tester
- The Multi-head leak tester is a system that is capable of leak testing empty plastic containers up to 5 liters in size.
- Speed of testing is determined by the container size and holes required to be detected. Blow moulding applications with medium to higher production output can be addressed with these units.
- Units can be supplied with three to eight heads, depending on requirements
- The intended use is to leak test containers produced by a blow moulding machine.
- Reliability, accuracy and flexibility make it a cost effective method of ensuring and controlling leak detection during container production.
- Units are controlled by Plc while operator interface and setup is done by means of HMI touch screen
- Units can be integrated with most of the conveyors on the market.
Linear Trimmer
- The unit can trim containers by positioning it over an existing conveyor or an optional conveyor can be supplied to form a stand-alone unit.
- The unit is capable of trimming plastic containers with a dome design by means of a hot blade and driven belt design.
- The dome belt speed can be adjusted to adapt to the conveyor speed
- The trimmer is easily adjustable by means of quick adjustment devices to enable easy setup and trimming of different size containers.
